Refund and Returns Policy

Our 30-day policy is in effect. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are sadly unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

You need to keep your item unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be able to return it. It needs to be in its original box as well. We need a proof of purchase or receipt in order to process your return.

Do not return your product to the manufacturer, please.

In some circumstances, only partial reimbursements are issued: (If relevant)

* Any item that is not in its original state, has damage, or has pieces missing for non-our fault.

* Any item returned after delivery for longer than 30 days

Reimbursements (if any)

We will email you to let you know that your returned item has been received once it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

Within a specific number of days, your refund will be processed and you will receive your money back if you are authorized.

Refunds that are delayed or absent (if applicable)

Check your bank account once again if you haven’t gotten your return yet.

After then, get in touch with your credit card company. It can take a while for your refund to be posted.

Next, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently some processing time.

Sale items

 Only items with standard prices are eligible for refunds; sale items are regrettably non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only damaged or defective items are replaced by us. Please email hi@jacketscloud.com if you need to exchange it for the identical item, and mail your item to the address the customer service agent sent you.

Please be aware that orders for custom sizes are not eligible for returns or reimbursements.

 

Shipping

You should ship your item to the address one of our representatives gave you in order to return it.

If you want to return an item, you will have to cover the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.

You should think about using a trackable shipping service or getting shipping insurance if you are shipping an item that costs more than $85. We cannot promise that your returned item will reach us.
